Dog sprained leg symptoms include lameness, pain and swelling, limping, foot dragging, stiff gait pattern, bleeding and wounds, snappy behaviour, and lethargy. However, in order make a proper diagnosis, take your dog to a veterinarian. Your vet may require an x-ray to properly diagnose the sprain or fracture.
